Going to the gym 5x a week.
Cut out most sugar, gluten, wheat, and grain consumption.
Eating more vegetables, nuts, and fruits.
My goal is 130lbs.
I’ve already went two days of strongly controlling my diet.
I am ready for change, and when I get my degree, I plan on being a different person physically and mentally.
One week until school.
I can do this.
